Hello, tossing my name in for the book club giveaway. And also, although I have subscribed for probably more than an year, I don’t come here and only realized recently that when you talk about comments I didn’t know there was commentary here 😳. I used to yell into the wild where Kimber when you mentioned ‘comments’ on an episode, I thought it was maybe on IG until you mentioned that Patreons comment more than the SuperCats (yes that’s what I named us 😂).
Follow up about phrogging and axe murder
Follow up about the axe murder. It was a hatchet attack where Minnie Brown’s husband was killed and she was wounded so badly on her head she had to wear a wig her whole life, in Louisville, KY. This happened in the 80’s and she died in 2016-2017 in the living room of the house I rented after she passed. Landlord didn’t tell me. The neighbor did after I confided in her about the shadows, footsteps, and my son telling me someone was watching him in his sleep. My neighbor said, “That’s just Minnie, talk to her and she’ll stop bothering you” umm..what?! I burned sage in the house all the time and moved out after my lease was up. Phrogging is on Hulu now
Maybe I’m late to the party but did y’all see Phrogging is on Hulu?!? I’ve been watching and feeling like I’m vindicated that in my rental house a few years ago I had a Phrogger. Stuff missing, footsteps in the ceiling. Either that or the woman that survived an axe murder that died in my rental a few months before I came in, was haunting it. To this day, I make noise or announce myself when I come into a room “Hmm..going to the kitchen now”. *Stomp stomp up the stairs* To give my phrogger/ghost time to hide. What’s wrong with me?! Lol anyway. Please more phrogging episodes!!
UK TV recommendation for Katie
Has Katie seen Taskmaster? The current season has both Julian Clary (Katie's favourite from Big Brother) and Sue Perkins (from Bake Off) and Mel Giedroyc and Noel Fielding (both also from Bake Off) were in earlier seasons as well as a bunch of people from Big Fat Quiz of the Year (I think Katie said she loves that too but I might be misremembering). Previous seasons are all available on Youtube so it's easy to find. Thank you both for all that you do!
Jogging Pants
This is not a question, and I am sure Katie has heard by now that in the episode done by Dennis called The Mysterious Music Man, he refers to the contents of a gym bag as a sweatshirt and jogging pants! I really do think Katie and Dennis have been soulmates in a previous life!
Footprint in the dust
Watching this Dateline episode- season 24, episode 1: Footprint in the Dust. Any plans for you two lovely ladies to cover that one in the future? I can’t seem to find it in Supercast, so I didn’t think you’ve done it before. It’s super sad- many are but no SA and yes some trigger warnings may be needed towards the tragic end. (Which is why you may not have done it) But…great B roll! A variety of interesting hairstyles! A mix of mustaches! Horses! Grainy out of focus security video! Keith in a small town in Montana! I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
This is a quick short title
For both lovely ladies: What life advice would you give to your younger self? What is your favorite and least favorite household chore? If you had a warning label, what would it say? Was it friendship at ‘first sight’ when you guys met? P.S. You both always make my week better; thanks for the show and thanks for being you.
